Hey guys, thanks for having me! My name is Thomas Mende aka @tommeeblvck and I’ve been a Team KLEKT member for almost four years now. I’m 35 years old – born and raised in a small town in Germany somewhere between Berlin and Dresden and today I’ll be taking you through my top 5 Jordan 4´s!
As I started collecting sneakers, I found myself gravitating toward the Jordan 1 Silhouette because it was the most popular at the time, and I found them easier to style. As my collection grew, the Air Jordan 4´s began to grow on me to the point that I can’t even decide which silhouette I prefer!
Air Jordan 4 Retro ‘Bred’ (2019)
My first pickup was the Retro Bred back in 2019 – the iconic colourway was a must-have and as soon as I got the pair in hand I knew I was going to cop some more in future. They’re still in my top 5 because you can easily style them with so many outfits. I just love wearing them.
Air Jordan x Travis Scott 4 Retro Cactus Jack (2018)
The Travis Scott Retro 4 “Cactus Jack“ dropped in 2018 – but as usual, I took an L at snkrs app – for a long time, it was impossible to get a pair for an affordable price. In 2020 I wasn’t able to resist any longer and copped them on KLEKT. Now I own almost all of the Travis Scott sneakers. It’s such a unique and beautiful pair, but just misses being my favourite Jordan 4´s
Air Jordan WMNS x Off-White 4 ‘Sail’ (2020)
Off-White Jordan 4 Sail is my favourite hands down, and fortunately, I actually managed to get a pair in my size. Since I am a big fan of the Virgil Abloh x Nike collaborations they were a must-have, and I’m really looking forward to the next Off-White x Jordan 4 model. We already saw some sick samples of the Bred colourway, and I hope to get my hands on a pair too!
Air Jordan x Union 4 Retro Off Noir (2020)
I love collaborative sneakers. That’s why Union LA x Air Jordan 4 Retro “Off Noir“ is my number 4! I also wanted to get the guava ice, but I couldn’t bring myself to pay resell prices for both of them – so they’re still on my wishlist.
Air Jordan 4 Retro Taupe Haze (2021)
My latest Jordan 4 pickup was the Taupe Haze! Nike did a very good job with them, and in my opinion, it’s the most beautiful non-collaborative Jordan 4! The material’s and colour coordination hits different on these. I’m in love with the slightly used look.
