Hi everyone, my name is Alessandro (@lu_asuns on Instagram), I am 23 years old and I live in a lovely sea city called San Benedetto del Tronto in the middle of Italy. I’m a self-employed entrepreneur and I’ve been passionate about sneakers since I was little, especially Jordans.
I remember in my first years of school, I started to notice out-of-the-ordinary sneakers on the adjacent basketball courts. Then my passion cemented itself thanks to a trip to the United States, where I was lucky to visit numerous sneaker shops and experience the American streetwear culture. In this interview, I will show you my 5 favourite sneakers
Air Jordan 4 Fire Red
The 2020 Air Jordan 4 Retro OG ‘Fire Red’ reintroduces the classic shade first seen in 1989, along with the famous Nike Air logo embossed on the heel. The rest of the design is carefully replicated, with a white leather upper and Fire Red accents on the moulded eyelets and outsole. It’s one of the silhouettes I like the most, and in my favourite colourway, so I couldn’t not add it to my collection.
Air Jordan 1 Low OG x Travis Scott Dark Mocha
One of the collabs I admire the most for its simplicity and style, but above all for the harmony between the singer and the brand. I did everything to win it and in the end, I succeeded. It goes without saying that I will never sell it, it’s one of the pairs I wear the most.
Nike x Off-White Dunk Low Lot 1 (2021)
“Life is collaboration,” says Virgil. I’m crazy for these, sneakers with attention to every detail designed by the man who brought streetwear into fashion.
Air Jordan 1 Retro High OG ‘Dark Mocha’ (2020)
The Jordan 1 High sums up the essence of the sneaker by combining premium materials and an iconic look. The ‘Mocha’ colourway takes its cue from the particular mocha brown colouration of the suede on the tail and on the ankle reinforcements. One of the colours that I love to wear the most.
Air Jordan 1 High OG Laney
This is one of the sneakers that I always want to wear for its bright colours. Being a model that came out 10 years ago I consider myself very fortunate to have it and in fact, I keep it very close!
