As we continue to scale our brand and visual identity, we are looking for a passionate and visionary Senior Designer to elevate our creative output across all channels.
Role Overview
You might have noticed a lack of graphics in this post. That’s where you come in. We are seeking a highly skilled and versatile Senior Designer to lead and execute KLEKT’s visual communication. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and delivering compelling creative assets across digital and offline platforms, ensuring brand consistency and impact. You will work closely with a young, highly motivated team and collaborate daily through Slack and Google Meet.
Responsibilities
- Lead the conceptualisation and design of all visual communication for KLEKT, ensuring a consistent, high-quality brand presence across all channels.
- Create engaging website banners, landing page graphics, and other digital assets for KLEKT’s online platform.
- Develop creative assets for social media channels (especially Instagram), including organic posts, stories, performance ads and campaign visuals.
- Design offline materials such as banner prints, event visuals, packaging, and other physical touchpoints.
- Create and oversee the design of KLEKT merchandise, team apparel, and promotional materials.
- Collaborate closely with marketing, content, and product teams to align creative work with brand goals and campaign strategies.
- Manage multiple creative projects simultaneously while maintaining deadlines and quality standards.
- Maintain and further develop KLEKT’s visual identity and brand guidelines.
- Stay up to date with design trends, sneaker culture, and the broader lifestyle and fashion market to ensure cutting-edge creative output.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Creative Director, Art Director, or Senior Designer, preferably within lifestyle, fashion, or e-commerce industries.
- Strong portfolio showcasing digital and offline design work, with a focus on branding, campaign development, and content creation.
- Excellent skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant design tools.
- Ability to conceptualise creative ideas independently and translate them into high-quality, on-brand designs.
- Strong understanding of social media aesthetics and trends, particularly within sneaker and streetwear culture.
- Comfortable working remotely in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to articulate creative concepts.
- High attention to detail, ownership mindset, and ability to manage multiple projects with tight timelines.
