Although rumours of the Air Jordan 1 High OG “Bred Patent” have been circling the sneaker community for months, there’s been little to no imagery. The elusive shoe has proven difficult to get hold of. Over the past few weeks, however, things have started to change. After much waiting, we now have our first detailed look at the upcoming “Bred Patent” Air Jordan 1 ahead of its release later this year.
From the get-go, it’s easy to see why the Jordan 1 “Bred Patent” is so hyped. Taking the classic Bred Jordan 1 colourway, the shoes features the traditional black and red colour blocking throughout. However, the smooth leather we are so used to has been replaced by a glossy version making this AJ1 stand out from its inspiration. Nike Air branding on the tongue and the Wings logo has remained the same thankfully. Subtle updates include embroidered script on the inside that reads “Family”; a neat feature you’d really have to look for.
If you like the look of the Air Jordan 1 High OG “Bred Patent” then sit tight. As it stands, the shoe is rumoured to drop on October 23rd for €170. However, given the number of delayed releases this year, that could all change. For now, we’ll just have to wait. Check out the images below and let us know if you’ll cop these Air Jordan 1s.
