Since the Travis Scott x fragment design x Air Jordan 1 High OG first surfaced, the sneaker community has been hotly anticipating the release. Whilst many thought that it would simply be a PE for La Flame and Hiroshi Fujiwara, several images since have given us a glimmer of hope that it could be an official collaboration. As the weeks go by, however, the drop could actually be happening. Now, we have some on-foot shots of this crazy Air Jordan 1.
Taking Travis Scott’s Air Jordan 1 design, the updated uses the same combination of suede and tumbled leather for a premium looking AJ1. However, where things get interesting is in the colour scheme. Hiroshi Fujiwara’s classic white and bright blue to create an eye-catching Air Jordan 1. A reversed black Swoosh works across the midsection and is matched with black detailing on the collar and ankle.
The heel tabs of the Travis Scott x fragment design Jordan bear co-branding; using the lightning bolt of fragment and the Cactus Jack smile respectively. On the tongues, both the “Cactus Jack” and blue “Nike Air” can be seen too. Finally, a cream midsole and blue rounds this shoe off, bringing what could be the hottest sneaker of the year to a close.
If you like the look of the Travis Scott x fragment design x Air Jordan 1, then sit tight. As it stands, there’s still no official release information or confirmation that this pair is dropping. A rumoured fall release date has been set alongside a €175 price tag. Check out the on-foot images below and let us know if you’ll cop these AJ1s.
