Since debuting over three decades ago the Air Jordan 4 has remained one of the most iconic sneakers in history. Designed by Tinker Hatfield at the height of Michael Jordan madness, the AJ4 was quick to become a legend both on and off the court. In terms of Jordan 4 colours, few are as legendary as the OG “White Cement.” Whilst it may seem sacrilege to update such an iconic colourway, it looks like Jordan Brand has plans to do it 2021.
Although there is not much known on the shoe, multiple sources are reporting that an Air Jordan 4 “Alternate Cement” is in the works for next year. Staying largely close to the original, the shoe features a white leather base with mesh accents and white cement print. However, there are a couple of noticeable updates if the mock-up below is correct. “Bred” style details can be seen on the tongue, ankle strap, insole and heel tab, putting a simple flip on this classic colourway.
For now, there isn’t much else known about the Air Jordan 4 “Alternate Cement.” However, if rumours are to be believed, the shoe is set to release in May 2021 for around €190. All we can do now is hope that these Jordans are a slam dunk. Check out the mockup below and let us know if you’ll cop.
