When rumours of the Air Jordan 4 OG “Fire Red” making a return in 2020, sneakerheads around the globe began to get excited. As one of the original Air Jordan 4 colourways, the “Fire Red” has long remained a favourite of footwear fans. In it’s 32 years of existence, however, the shoe has only dropped four times. Thankfully, that all looks to be changing. Having been previewed in the Jordan Brand Holiday 20 line-up, the long-awaited return of the AJ4 “Fire Red” is not far away. Now, we have official images to take a look at.
This shoe doesn’t need much of an introduction but we’ll give it one anyway. Referencing the Chicago Bulls iconic uniform colours, the “Fire Red” certainly stands out. Slick white leather throughout is partnered with black, red and grey accents throughout. White mesh stands out against a black backdrop underneath, although its the red that really stands out on this shoe. A black heel tab bears the iconic “Nike Air” logo, making this retro as close the OG as possible. Even the “Nike Air” hang tag
You can already imagine the amount of hype surrounding this Jordan 4 release. With this being the first time that the shoe has made an appearance since 2012, it’s going to be a big one. As for now, a tentative drop date of November 28th has been set with an estimated retail of €190. Check out the official images below and let us know if you’ll cop the Air Jordan 4 OG “Fire Red”.
