After the roaring success of The Last Dance, the world, and sneakerheads, got up close with Michael Jordan. Since then, there have been several new sneakers, the return of retro OGs and countless collabs have put Jordan Brand way in front of other brands. It’s an exciting time for Jordan Brand, to say the least. With that in mind, we now have our first glimpse of the upcoming holiday Air Jordan 11, in a brand new colourway.
As many sneakerheads will know, Jordan Brand releases an Air Jordan 11 every year during the holiday season. The annual tradition has seen the return of some of the best Jordan 11 colourways of all time including the Bred 11s, Concord 11s, Space Jam 11s and more. Of course, sneakerheads love having the chance to cop some old favourites. But it looks like Jordan Brand is looking to mix things up for the 2020 release.
In a set of leaked images, we have a look at the upcoming Air Jordan 11 for the holiday season. Dubbed the “Black/Clear”, the Air Jordan 11 features a predominantly black upper. Black mesh is contrasted with black patent leather on throughout as well as black leather on the ankle. However, silver accents can be seen on the lace eyelets which spell out “Jordan” as well as a silver Jumpman on the ankle. A white midsole is contrasted with a clear sole, giving this shoe its “Black/Clear” title.
As of now, we have a rumoured release date of December 12th with a retail price of €220 earmarked. Check out the images below and let us know if you’ll cop these Air Jordan 11s.
