It’s safe to say that the sneaker world is excited about the Travis Scott x fragment design x Air Jordan 1. Over the past few months, we’ve seen more and more of what’s likely to be a contender for shoe of the year. Combining two of Jordan Brand’s most high profile collaborators on one shoe was always going to be a recipe for success. As we edge ever closer to a potential release date, we now have some more detailed images of this AJ1.
If you’ve not seen this shoe already then are you even a real sneakerhead? We’re sure you know all about this Jordan 1 but if you don’t, here’s a quick rundown. Taking Travis Scott’s Air Jordan 1 design, the shoe boasts the classic fragment design colour blocking of white, black and royal blue. A combination of premium tumbled leather and plush suede works nicely to create one of the most luxurious Jordan 1s we’ve seen in a while. Co-branding on the heels, as well as the instantly recognisable reversed Swoosh, brings this fragment x Travis AJ1 to a close.
Like almost every sneakerhead on the planet, we’re sure you can’t wait for these to drop. Right now, there’s not much concrete information in terms of a release date, however, there is some positive news. According to sources, these will drop in the fall for around €200. Although that’s a high price tag for an AJ1, given the calibre of this shoe, it’s easy to see why. Check out the images below and let us know if you’ll (try and) cop these Jordan 1s.
