Last week we were given a brief glimpse of the upcoming adidas Yeezy Boost 350 V2 “Monofilament” pack. Taking Kanye West’s favoured low-top silhouette, the “Monofilament” put a new spin on the widely successful Yeezy sneaker. Although the Yeezy 350 V2 has been around for nearly five years, it’s remained largely the same for the most part. Well, the”Monofilament” looks to be changing all that very soon, and for the better.
Putting a translucent spin on the Yeezy 350 V2, the “Monofilament” is a well-needed update to the sneaker. A distinctive one-piece upper features an almost skeletal like construction, using a slick web cage against an almost see-through fabric. For the first time, a visible lacing section has also been used as well as contrasting laces. Thankfully, a few familiar details have remained the same. Heel tabs come as standard, as does the classic Boost midsole unit. Pictured in the “Mono Ice” and “Mono Clay” colourways below, these are a perfect cop for summer.
If you like the look of the upcoming adidas Yeezy Boost 350 V2 “Monofilament” pack then sit tight. According to sources, all four pairs will release on June 21st for around €220. With this being a new version of the 350, you can expect these to fly off the shelves. Check out the images below and let us know if you’ll cop these Yeezys.
