It’s been a crazy few weeks for the people over at Yeezy. With Jon Wexler stepping down from adidas after 18 years and heading for Shopify, many were left stunned. Of course, that hasn’t stopped Kanye West from continuing to roll out a number of high profile sneakers in the meantime. One of those pairs, the adidas Yeezy Boost 350 V2 “Asriel,” now has a confirmed release date. However, it’s also been given a brand new name: “Carbon.”
Though the name may have changed, the sneaker certainly hasn’t. The carefully constructed upper features black and grey throughout the Primeknit upper, giving this Yeezy a stealthy edge. A black sock liner matches a set of black rope laces, with the large black stripe across the midsection creating a nice depth. This sleek sneaker features a semi-translucent cream Boost midsole, a nice touch that we’re all for.
Thankfully, we do have a confirmed release date for the adidas Yeezy Boost 350 V2 “Carbon.” Set to drop on October 2nd for €220, this is going to be one Yeezy you need to add to your rotation. Check out the images below and let us know if you’ll cop these Yeezy 350 V2s.
