The Nike Air Force 1 is without a doubt one of the most classic sneakers on the planet. Designed by Bruce Kilgore in 1981, the Air Force 1 has remained a cultural icon for close to 40 years. Last year, Korean artist G-Dragon was given the chance to redesign the AF1. The sneaker was an instant sell-out, with the peel away upper exposing a unique pattern underneath. Well, it looks like we could be seeing another PEACEMINUSONE Air Force 1 later this year.
Although details are slim, according to famed leak source @py_rates_ Nike and G-Dragon are teaming up once more. Using the Air Force 1 as the chosen model, the sneaker is rumoured to use primarily black and white colour blocking. Whilst there is no information on whether or not the sneaker will have a peel away upper, it has not yet been ruled out. No concrete release details have yet surfaced, but the news is exciting nonetheless.
With the G-Dragon x Nike Air Force 1 “PEACEMINUSONE” being such a big success, it is no surprise the two are dropping another colourway. Rumoured to cost €200 and drop in the holiday season, you can expect this to sell out immediately. Check out the mockup image below and let us know if you’ll cop.
