It’s been a big year for Jordan Brand. As Michael Jordan’s The Last Dance documentary aired, Jordan Brand has given fans the chance to cop some old favourites. It’s also helped the resale value of classic Jordan sneakers. With that in mind, Jordan Brand is looking to do something a little bit different. With this upcoming Air Jordan 1 using a number of colours, it looks like a mashup of recent favourites which we love to see.
Using a strikingly similar approach to UNDEFEATED’s “Cotton Candy” Dunk Highs, the shoe features a multi-coloured upper and various panels. Brown suede panels on the ankle are linked directly to the Travis Scott Air Jordan 1. Blue leather overlays, as well as black nubuck on the side panels, give the shoe added texture. A cyan toe box and yellow tongue also help to add to the playful collab, with a neon green midsole rounding the shoe off.
Whilst it may not be everyone’s cup of tea, this Jordan 1 is certainly going to be one that stands out this year. Rumoured to drop on September 5th for €170, this is one mashup Air Jordan 1 that you don’t want to miss. Check out the early images below and let us know if you’ll cop these Jordan 1s.
