Although streetwear may still be struggling under lockdown, fortunately, brands still have plans to keep the fire burning. With Supreme leaving streetwear fans in limbo as to whether or not the season is over, Palace has slowly taken over. The London-born skate label has steadily been releasing a string of high profile items, despite only being available online. As the label looks to close off an already successful Summer 20 season, it seems that there are a few top items dropping at Palace this week.
First spotted in the Summer Lookbook, Palace’s football shirts are finally dropping on Friday. With football playing an important role in Palace’s DNA, the homage to the beautiful game sees jersey and shorts decked out in Palace branding. The inspiration looks to reference early 90s fashion, with a number of brands like Ecko using a similar style. With that in mind, Palace has also included allover print denim if you’re looking for something a little more eye-catching.
In keeping with the brand’s essential items range, Palace is launching a number of basics this Friday. Simple crewneck jumpers and T-shirts feature a minimal branding on the chest. Of course, Palace hasn’t forgotten the hats for this week’s drop. Bucket hats and 6-panel caps are on offer this week, featuring plaid and functional detailing. In terms of accessories, Palace is using its recent snake and barb-wired emblem on two totes, perfect if you’re looking to make a statement with your shopping bag.
Launching online this Friday at 11am, this will be one of Palace’s final drops of the season. Check out the full item list below and let us know if you’ll cop any Palace pieces this week.
