Since originally launching in 1985, the Nike Dunk quickly became a cultural icon. For the best part of four decades, Nike has ensured that the Dunk isn’t forgotten. The basketball silhouette has come back with dramatic effect in 2020, leaving many sneakerheads very happy. All of that is down to a carefully selected group of colourways, with each selling out almost instantly. Now, we have official images of the upcoming Nike Dunk Low SP “Champ Colors.”
Inspired by the recent collegiate colourways, the “Champ Colors” Nike Dunk is already becoming a sought after sneaker. The well-balanced sneaker features University Orange and Marine leather overlays throughout. The tongue tag features an orange “Nike” logo at the forefront, with the same details appearing at the heel. Breaking up this bold colour scheme is a clean white midsole, complete with a contrasting Marine outsole.
Much of Nike’s recent success with the Dunk can be seen with reissues of classic sneakers. The “Brazil”, “University Red” and “Syracuse” Dunks have all gone down a treat, making a perfect platform for the “Champ Colors” to release from. If you’re looking to get your hands on these Nike Dunks, you don’t have to wait long. The sneaker is launching globally at Tier 0 Nike accounts on June 24th for €100. Take a closer look at the official images below and let us know if you’ll cop these Dunks.
