Sometimes, gold needs to come in second place. In the case of the Nike Air Max 97, that’s exactly what happened. The “Gold Bullet” Nike Air Max 97 is one of those sneakers that you just instantly recognise. Originally released in 1998, the “Gold Bullet” colourway has gone on to adorn a number of classic Nike models. One of those models looks to be getting introduced. We now have our first look at the 2020 version of the Nike Air Max Plus Tn “Gold Bullet” which is set to drop this month.
The luxury take on this Nike Air Max Plus Tn sees gold draped across the entire shoe. Much like the Air Max 97, this shoe features gold mesh and matching veins, making for an eye-catching silhouette. Cutting throughout all of this Au is a mini red Swoosh on the midsection as well as a black sockliner for good measure. The tongue boasts a miniature black and red “Nike Tn” logo, the same of which can be seen on the heel. A crisp white midsole features a black outsole, whilst the midsole boasts gold air units.
If you like the look of these gold sneakers, then good news. The Nike Air Max Plus Tn “Gold Bullet” is rumoured to release later this month for €160. No retailers have been confirmed just yet, but keep your eyes peeled in the coming weeks. Check out the images below and let us know if you’ll cop these Nike Tns.
