Since it’s initial launch in 2001, the Nike Dunk Low SP “Veneer” has remained one of the most divisive pairs in the “Ugly Duckling” pack. Released as a Japanese exclusive 19 years ago, the “Veneer” Dunk is one of those pairs that you either love or hate. With the Dunk being one of Nike’s key silhouettes this year, it’s no surprise that the “Veneer” is coming back. Thankfully, after a long wait, that Dunk release date is now finally arriving
Whilst the colours on this Nike Dunk may be something of a clash, they certainly catch your eye. A combination of green, brown and purple adorn the upper, with premium suede being used throughout. The yellow sock liner helps to add another dimension to this shoe, as does the brown mesh around the collar. Of course, it is the clean white midsole that is contrasted with a purple outsole, that helps to finish this Dunk off nicely, bringing this iconic pair to a close.
If you like the look of the upcoming Nike Dunk Low SP “Veneer” then there’s good news. The pair is set to release on November 10th for just €100. With Nike continuing to push the Dunk this year, we’re glad this pair is making a return. Check out the official images below and let us know if you’ll be copping these Nike Dunks.
