Nike and Jordan Brand have been championing women in recent years, with a predominant focus on making sure their voices are heard in the sneaker industry. Jordan Brand’s ethos of “confident versatility” is carried in every aspect of its products. Although 2021 may have been quite quiet for Jordan so far, that all looks to be changing very soon. In fact, we now have a closer look at the Future Primal collection made exclusively for women.
In total, six pieces are set to release, each using innovative cuts and proportions in the fabric. Highlights from the drop include the Utility Pant, Flight Suit, Bodysuit and Lightweight Jacket. Each of these pieces has been designed to incorporate fully functional details with Jordan Brand’s long history. The soft pink hues used throughout the collection are very well balanced, giving the whole drop a tonal look and feel with minimal effort.
Alongside the Future Primal collection is the Jordan MA-2; a dual-gender sneaker. For those thinking this silhouette looks familiar, you’re correct. A large number of the features have been taken from the Jordan Max 200 and tweaked to be wearable for every day. Continuing the versatile approach, the Jordan MA-2 has an extended heel and tongue designed for easy entry making them perfect for around the house or on the streets.
For now, there are two release dates set for this upcoming release. The Future Primal collection will launch on February 14th, whilst the Jordan Brand MA-2 will drop on February 21st. Check out the official images below and let us know if you’ll cop these.
