March marks the start of celebrations in the sneaker community. As Air Max Day is fast approaching, sneakerheads across the globe start to prepare their favourite kicks. It should come as no surprise that this year’s Air Max Day celebrations are going to be a little different. Thankfully, Nike hasn’t stopped us from getting a bunch of new Air Max. One of those is the Nike Air Max Plus paying home to a classic colourway we should all know.
Inspired by the OG Nike Air Max 1, this upcoming Air Max Plus is looking like a must cop. The white mesh base features light grey veins across the upper, replicating the same colours used on the AM1. Red runs throughout the mudguard, giving this shoe its familiar aesthetic. A miniature Swoosh, complete in the same red, adds a nice touch too. Sitting atop a white midsole with matching red air units, this could be a future classic Nike TN.
If you like the look of the Nike Air Max Plus “Air Max 1”, then there’s good news. The pair is rumoured to release in March for around €160.
