On Air Max Day, we saw a teaser for the Travis Scott x Nike Air Max 1. Nike gave us a brief glimpse of the collaboration without alluding to much else about the drop. Over the past few weeks, there’s been various teasers, theories and mock-ups flying around of the potential sneaker. However, it looks as though it’s not just one pair of Travis Scott Air Max 1s that are dropping after all. Now, sources claim that we could be seeing the introduction of five pairs of the Travis Scott Air Max 1.
According to famed sneaker leak source py_rates_, news has emerged that there will be five colourways to drop later this year. From the sneak peek images we saw on Air Max Day, La Flame has opted for his signature reverse Swoosh and branding. However, updated rope laces and extra panelling on this AM1 give it an entirely new look. Whilst we have not seen a proper look of the shoe, we do have mockups of some of the potential AM1 colourways. These include “Grey Haze/Light Silver/Celadon/Canvas”, “Baroque Brown/Lemon Drop/Wheat/Chile Red”, “Off Noir/Cave Stone/Dusty Sage/Celadon” and “Saturn Gold/Tea Tree Mist/Tent”.
As it stands there isn’t much more information to go off of a release date. Multiple sources claim that the full pack will release during the holiday season for around €160 a pair.
