Just yesterday, we announced that a Palace x Vans collection was on the way. The news, which had been rumoured for some time, was officially confirmed by Palace in a typical Palace style video: strange, funny and completely mad. Joining forces for the first time, Vans and Palace have opted for an eye-catching collaboration. Ahead of the release, we now have some official imagery for the drop.
As you can imagine, this is a collision between two great skate brands. Palace has decided to go very bold for its first Vans collaboration. Taking its signature duck motif, Palace has covered the canvas upper of the Vans Authentic in a cartoon print. A checkerboard tag replaces the traditional “Vans” version, whilst a co-branded rubber midsole features two distinctive logos. Launching in Black, White or Salmon, these are for the real Palace and Vans collectors.
If you like the look of the Palace x Vans Authentic drop, then there’s good news. All three pairs will launch alongside some apparel on July 2. There’s no news on retail prices, but you can expect these to be an instant sell-out. Check out the official images below and let us know if you’ll cop these Vans.
