Jonah Hill may seem like an unlikely choice of collaborator for adidas, but for some reason, it works. Hill, a fan of classic silhouettes such as the Samba and Spezial, revealed his collaboration with adidas late last year. After months of waiting, the collaborative sneaker is now almost here in the form of an adidas Superstar.
The completely seamless white leather upper features embossed three stripe branding on the sides for a sleek upper. Other details such as a crinkled leather toe, large flat laces, and a co-branded tongue add to this collabs unique look. Visible stitching on the heel tab, as well as embroidered handwriting in the form of “SUPERSTAR” on the side and “JH” on the heel works well.
Although there is no exact release date on these, you can expect them to drop soon. A rumoured retail price of €140 is yet to be confirmed. Given that the Superstar is celebrating this year, it doesn’t seem unlikely.
