When Kanye West took to the stage at the Billboard Music Awards in 2015 rocking an unseen pair of adidas sneakers, the community went crazy. The mysterious silhouette was soon unveiled as the Ultra Boost, sparking a massive sneaker trend. Since then, the Ultra Boost has become one of the most popular adidas models of all time. Well, it looks like adidas is recognising the importance of the colourway that sparked it all, bringing back the “Triple White.”
Since 2015, the Triple White adidas Ultra Boost has been given plenty of updates. The pattern has changed almost every year, never quite giving fans what they want. Thankfully, we won’t have to wait much longer. As many sneakerheads will know, the adidas Ultra Boost 1.0 “Triple White” became a serious collector’s piece after Yeezy rocked them. The crisp Primeknit upper is contrasted by a white Boost midsole and features a black outsole.
The popular colourway of the iconic model will be making a return later this season. Exclusive retailers will be given access to the “Triple White” Ultra Boost. With an estimated retail price of €180, mark your calendars for June 1st. Check out the images below and let us know if you’ll cop.
