At the height of adidas Ultra Boost madness the “Olive” iteration was arguably one of the most sought after colourways. Since those Boost filled days began in 2014, the sneaker community has fallen out of love with the slick silhouette. However, that hasn’t stopped adidas from bringing back a number of classic pairs. Thankfully, it doesn’t look like adidas has any plans of stopping any time soon. After a long hiatus, it now looks like adidas is bringing back the “Olive” Ultra Boost 1.0.
As you can probably imagine, this news is getting Boost fans excited. The limited-edition adidas Ultra Boost 1.0 “Olive” released back in 2014 in extremely small numbers. With the Ultraboost being one of the most popular shoes in the world at the time, resell prices soared and it’s easy to see why. Constructed in a military-inspired olive Primeknit upper, the shoe is accented with contrasting shades of green in the fabric. A black heel cage, red tongue tag and clean white Boost midsole cuts through all of the colour, giving this shoe a sleek aesthetic.
If you like the look of the adidas Ultra Boost “Olive” then there’s good news. The pair is set to release next week at adidas and select stores around the world. Check out the images below and let us know if you’ll cop these Ultra Boosts.
