When Prada and adidas announced that they would be working together on sneakers, the fashion world was certainly surprised. As two of the largest brands on the planet, both in different worlds of fashion, the news came as a big surprise. After dropping its Prada x adidas Superstar collaboration this year, many were left wanting more. Well, after a slight delay due to COVID-19, we now have our first look at the next Prada x adidas sneaker.
Unlike the Superstar, this Prada x adidas collaboration looks to be much more sport-oriented. A combination of synthetic textiles works throughout the upper to create a translucent sneaker, building upon the Prada Linea Rossa line. Most interestingly, the construction of this sneaker is completely visible, with the sockliner and interior cage being on show. Subtle branding can be seen on the heel in the form of the Prada Linea Rossa tab, as well as three stripes.
If you like the look of these upcoming Prada x adidas sneakers, then you have a little longer to wait. For now, there is no release information on the upcoming collaboration.
