Travis Scott’s new Jumpman Jack sneaker is set for an official release next week. After much waiting, as well as some delays and shock drops, we’re getting hit with two clean colourways to kick off the summer season.
The first pair set to drop on the 30th of April is the ‘Sail‘ colourway which comes in Travis’ familiar earthy palette, with off-white leather on brown canvas. This was also the pair that had limited shock drop during the 2024 Grammy Awards.
Then we have the ‘University Red‘ colourway dropping in May. This pair comes in a black canvas and white leather upper with bold red Reverse Swooshes. These are just two of many colourways we’ve seen leaked and teased over the last year or so.
The fact that these two sought after pairs are dropping back-to-back should give us an idea of the hype that’s already built up for this model. We’re already seeing listings for the ‘Sail’ pair reach over $1000 on the resale market.
If you were after something even cleaner then you may be in luck. This week, images of a white on cream colourway were posted on Instagram by sneaker blogger, HanZuYing. This pair is rumoured to dropping later in 2024, presumably some time in the summer. If you’ve been following the Jumpman Jack news, you’ve probably caught glimpses of some other colourways coming down the pipeline, including brown and navy pairs.
Rumours suggest that Jordan Brand will be dropping about as many pairs of the Jumpman Jacks as they have for Travis’ recent AJ1 Low collabs. If you miss out on either release be sure to check for listings on KLEKT.
