Sometimes, simple colour flips really do help to give a sneaker a brand new look. Earlier this year, we saw the introduction of an all-red Air Jordan 3. Released over All-Star Weekend, the Jordan 3 was quickly forgotten about soon after release. However, that hasn’t stopped Jordan Brand for trying the idea out once more. In keeping with the original vibe of the Air Jordan 1, a brand new Air Jordan 3 “Varsity Royal” is on the way.
Featuring a bright blue tumbled leather upper, the sneaker utilises the same technique as the aforementioned red pair. Elephant print adorns the familiar regions on the mudguard and heel, with grey leather on the ankle and tongue. A bold blue Jumpman on the tongue and heel, matching the bright leather upper. A crisp white midsole uses a grey outsole, in keeping with the original vibe of the Air Jordan 3.
