A KAWS x sacai x Nike Blazer Low is not something we had even envisioned as part of the sneaker world in 2021. Revealed as part of the sacai AW21 collection, the collaboration is certainly one of the biggest stories of the year so far. Whilst we’re still waiting to get some detailed imagery, the news alone is already getting the sneaker and fashion community excited. Thankfully, we do at least, have a glimpse of the upcoming sneaker.
Unveiled at the sacai AW21 show, which features KAWS x sacai clothing throughout, the sneaker is seemingly simple. Taking Chitose Abe’s fusion design, the upcoming pair is certainly interesting. From the image, we can see a combination of red, orange, white, grey and yellow throughout the leather upper. Contrasting laces work well to create a balanced silhouette, although it’s the white midsole that brings things together. With this being the only image, it’s tough to tell if KAWS signature “XX” branding features on the sneaker. If this is anything like the fragment design x sacai x Nike LDWaffle, we’re sure it’s there.
If you like the look of the KAWS x sacai x Nike Blazer Low, then sit tight. With this being part of the sacai AW21 range, the sneaker will likely launch towards the end of the year.
