Over the past few months, we’ve seen the Nike Air Max 1 Powerwall “Lemonade” retro slowly build in hype. The updated version of the classic Powerwall AM1 will give sneakerheads a chance to get as close to the limited Air Max as possible. As you can probably imagine, the community has gotten more excited as time has gone on. With the release date imminent, we now have detailed images of the upcoming Nike Air Max 1 “Lemonade.”
Sticking largely similar to the OG, the Air Max 1 “Lemonade” is getting us excited. The familiar combination of light yellow hues throughout the upper gives this shoe its nickname. A simple balance of leather and mesh adorns most of the shoe. A satin collar can also be seen too. The graphics on the mid panel have stayed the same too, with Nike doing a good job on not making this too different from the original.
Green accents can be seen on the laces, eyelets and tongue, with a lemon tongue tag rounding things off nicely. A crisp white midsole is contrasted by a black outsole, with the lemon covered insole being a nice touch from Nike. As expected, this is going to be one of the months best releases, with this already set to be an instant sell-out.
If you like the look of the Nike Air Max 1 Powerwall “Lemonade,” then good news. The shoes are scheduled to release in Fall with a retail price of €140. Tier 0 retailers and Nike will be stocking these, so keep an eye out for a raffle list soon. Check out the images below and let us know if you’ll cop the Nike Air Max 1 “Lemonade.”
