For almost 40 years, Bruce Kilgore’s iconic Nike Air Force 1 has remained a staple pair for almost every sneakerhead on the planet. During that time, the shoe has far outgrown its original function on the court. The Nike Air Force 1 has been done just about every which way. From custom PEs to exclusive Off-White™ collaborations, it’s safe to say the AF1 isn’t going anywhere. Now, we have a closer look at a Nike Air Force 1 inspired by cards and casinos.
Officially called the Nike Air Force 1 “Spades”, the pair wouldn’t look out of place on the floors of Las Vegas or Monte Carlo. Premium black leather is contrasted with paisley etched overlays to create a luxurious looking AF1. Red sockliners add a touch of luck, whilst gold Swooshes across the midsection make for a winning combo. Custom tongue tags feature a spade, with “K” and “Q” being embroidered onto the left and right heel tabs respectively. Sitting atop a white midsole, complete with red sole, these are a lucky pair of AF1s if ever we’ve seen one.
If you like the look of the Nike Air Force 1 “Spades” then sit tight. Dropping as part of the “Spades” pack, this AF1 is probably going to release later this year for around €110. As always, keep it locked to KLEKTIVE where we’ll keep you updated on this pair. Check out the official images below and let us know if you’ll cop these Air Force 1s.
