Over the past 25 years, the Nike Air Max 95 has cemented itself as one of the greatest sneakers of all time. Designed by Sergio Lozano following Tinker Hatfield’s decision to leave the Air Max lineage, it was, and still is, a divisive silhouette. Fast forward more than two decades later and the AM95 is a firm favourite among many sneakerheads. Now, Nike is releasing an Air Max 95, but with a Frankenstein-like twist.
After the success of the 2015 “Greedy” Nike Air Max 95, the Swoosh is back again. This time, Nike is merging four colourways of the Air Max 95 onto one. The classic running silhouette merges models like the “Neon” and “Photo Blue”, seamlessly blending the shoe together. Other notable details include the use of “Hot Red” and “Volt” for good measure. The split design has remained a firm favourite since its first introduction, and for good reason.
Whilst it may look a little messy, this is one Air Max 95 that the OG fans will certainly love. Set to release on June 1st for €245, this Air Max 95 is definitely one to cop. Check out the images below and let us know if you’ll add these to your rotation.
