As the NBA looks to begin preparations for All-Star Weekend 2021 in Indianapolis, Indiana, the sneaker community has already begun to get excited. It should come as no surprise that a Nike Dunk High “All-Star” is on the way in next year. With the Dunk being one of the most popular silhouettes this year, Nike is showing no signs of slowing it down just yet. Thankfully, we now have our first glimpse of what the upcoming ASW Nike Dunk will look like.
The colour combination on this Dunk alone is enough to get us excited. A perfect balance of Barely Green, Black and White give this shoe a summery edge that we are all for. The materials on this upcoming Dunk High are also looking fairly premium, with smooth leather being contrasted by patent leather overlays throughout.
A crisp White midsole is contrasted with a Black sole unit and adds a nice divider between the two. Mint Green laces offset the Barely Green base, but its the subtle detail on this Dunk that is a slam dunk. On the heel, a holographic NBA logo commemorates the occasion, bringing this memorable Dunk High to a close.
As for now, we don’t have much in terms of a release date for the upcoming Nike Dunk High “All-Star Weekend”. However, the good news is that we can take an accurate guess.
