It’s an exciting time in the world of sneakers. Despite a global pandemic, there is a lot of impending launches to look forward to. Rumours are running rife, but that’s what makes the sneaker community what it is. However, a few rumours are now beginning to pick up speed in the world of Nike Dunks. Potential collaborations, new colourways and retros are all circulating at the moment. However, one of those rumours comes in the form of the return of the Nike Dunk in a “Pine Green” colourway.
Whilst there is no concrete information as of yet, the world of sneaker leaks is rife with the return of the “Pine Green” Nike Dunks this year. Referenced by Virgil Abloh in his Off-White™ x Nike Dunk collaboration, the “Pine Green” Dunks have not been reissued since 2008. According to sources, the upcoming “Pine Green” Dunks will also reference the 2008 colourway, combining the classic white and green leather together. Unlike the 2008 version, however, this Dunk will use a much darker shade of green.
Although no official images or release details have yet been announced, reports suggest that the Nike Dunk High SP “Pine Green” will release in the holidays. Check out the 2008 release below and let us know if you’ll cop these Nike Dunks.
