Exactly 25 years after the original film released, LeBron James is looking to take the Tune Squad against the Monstars once more. For almost every sneakerhead, Space Jam is one of their first sneaker memories. Now, Nike is giving us some serious nostalgia with the next generation of Space Jam sneakers.
As two of the franchises biggest stars, Bugs and Lola Bunny were big parts of the OG film. Nike has gone for a premium yet fun take on the Air Force 1, with tumbled leather and long-haired suede featuring throughout. A crisp white and light blue colour scheme gives a collegiate look, but it’s the unique details that make this shoe so fun. Bugs and Lola Bunny have been embroidered onto the Swooshes and tongue tags, putting a playful twist on the classic AF1 silhouette.
