Since his first collaboration with Nike back in 2017, the 28-year-old rapper has dropped some of the most exclusive shoes for a while. Now, Travis Scott is launching his first-ever Air Max model this week.
Taking the new Nike Air Max 270 React, Travis Scott has created a level of hype not yet seen on this silhouette. A combination of colours and materials has helped win this sneaker over for many. Suede and leather overlays throughout give the shoe a sleek feel, whilst shades of brown, cream, orange and teal all work together to give the shoe a standout look. Giving this Air Max 270 React a vintage vibe is a tobacco style midsole unit, complete with visible Air on the heel.
However, the standout piece in this upcoming Travis Scott Air Max is the spray-on Swoosh. The sneaker comes complete with a stencil and spray can place a maroon Swoosh wherever the wearer desires. This fully customisable option adds a special element to the shoe, making this one of the first Air Max models that buyers can make their own.
