There are some relationships in sneakers that are historic. Michael Jordan and Nike, Kanye West and adidas and thankfully, Ronnie Fieg and ASICS. Since first joining forces back in 2007, the two have created a number of high profile collaborations. From the iconic “Salmon Toe” to the high profile “Miami Beach”, there’s really no limit to ASICS x Ronnie Fieg sneakers. The latest collab between the two, however, may just be the boldest yet.
Dubbed “The Palette”, Ronnie Fieg and ASICS have created 30 Gel-Lyte IIIs using 30 of the most popular colours used by Kith since its inception in 2011. The 30 sneakers are a perfect representation of Kith’s development as a brand. Ranging from a cool “Battleship” navy to a soft “Dusty Quartz”, the collection is as eye-catching as it is limited. Just 300 pairs of each colour will be produced, making this one of the most exclusive Fieg x ASICS collabs to date.
According to Ronnie Fieg’s Instagram post, release information for each colourway will be revealed soon. As for now, all we can do is sit and drool at this perfect collab between Ronnie Fieg and ASICS. Check out the images and video below and let us know which is your favourite.
