The Black Phantom, one of the last Travis Scott Jordan 1s is dropping this week. We’ll be looking at this new pair of AJ1 Lows, and what’s next for this massive collaboration.
Continuing their streak of hype lows, the Air Jordan x Travis Scott 1 Low OG Black Phantom will be released on the 15th of December. This follows the summer release of the Reverse Mochas, one of the biggest sneakers of the year.
The upcoming Phantoms shakes up the look of previous Travis Scott Lows. Rather than opting for the classic earth tones, this pair comes in a stylish triple black upper, made with a mix of suede and nubuck. The overlays are highlighted with crisp white stitching, including the iconic Reverse Swooshes. The left heel also features a unique embroidered bee logo, which is speculated to be a tribute to Travis’ daughter, Stormi. The tongue and insole feature the classic Cactus Jack branding.
This release also follows news that Travis Scott will be moving on from designing Jordan 1 collaborations. We’ve seen previews and rumours of a potential upcoming collab on the Air Jordan 7.
That’s not to say that the Black Phantoms will be the last pair of Travis Scott Lows. We’re also getting a pair of WMNS exclusives in an olive colourway. Dropping in March, this pair returns to the classic natural, neutral scheme seen since the OG Mocha Highs.
The Air Jordan x Travis Scott 1 Low OG Black Phantom is already available on KLEKT, plus you can add the WMNS Olive to your list of wants for when it drops. Don’t forget to stay tuned to KLEKTIVE for more news on upcoming Travis collabs.
