It’s been a busy start to the year for Kanye West and adidas. The two have dropped a number of adidas Yeezy Boost 350 V2s, as well as some 700 MNVNs to get 2020 kicked off. With the 350 V2 showing no signs of going anywhere, Yeezus and adidas are planning more colourways. One of those set to release later this year is dubbed “Linen”.
As the ever-expanding list of Yeezy 350 V2 colourways continues to grow, the “Linen” iteration takes inspiration from West’s love of earthy palettes. The Primeknit upper has a yellow tint to it, almost a cross between the “Antlia” and “Flax” colourways. The 3M reflective stripe adds a hit of reflective detailing to make the shoe eye-catching. A blue sock liner adds some more colour to the shoe, contrasting the yellow Primeknit nicely.
Yeezy fans will be quick to notice the lack of heel tab on the shoe. Familiar details such as rope laces, a semi-translucent midsole, complete with Boost technology, make sure that this shoe is very comfortable.
Although there is no release date set for these, you can expect them to drop soon. With the “Desert Sage” almost here, the “Linen” definitely arrive sooner rather than later. Check out the images below and let us know if you plan on copping.
