Earlier this year, it was reported that Cactus Plant Flea Market would be working with Nike once more. The silhouette of choice would be the Nike Dunk; a sneaker currently facing a resurgence in the community. Since then, sneakerheads have been patiently waiting to see more of the upcoming collaboration. Mockups of the “Pure Platinum” and “Spiral Sage” have given fans a taste of what’s to come. Thankfully, it looks as though a third Nike Dunk colourway is now in the pipeline.
Taking inspiration from the recent “Brazil” Nike Dunk, the CPFM iteration uses the familiar combination of yellow and green. However, additions include the use of white leather panelling on the midsection and heel for good measure. Judging from the mockup, the rumoured sneaker will likely feature the CPFM smiley face on the heel, as well as deconstructed Swoosh similar to the CPFM Vapormax. Of course, this is all just speculation for now, but the news is exciting.
Whilst there is no concrete information on this release just yet, given the reliability of the source, things are looking likely. A rumoured retail price of €120 and drop date of fall has been set, but we’ll have to wait and see just how likely that is. Check out the mockup below and let us know if you’ll cop these CPFM x Nike Dunks.
