Sneaker releases have begun to become a weekly event. However, with a global pandemic bringing much of the sneaker world to a halt, it’s been fairly slim pickings over the last few weeks. Although the release of the Nike Space Hippie collection and “University Red” Nike Dunk have helped keep the new sneaker cravings at bay, it’s been fairly quiet all round.

After a few quiet weeks in the sneaker world, it looks as though our luck is finally changing. A number of high profile releases, which were previously delayed, are now finally launching. With big releases from the likes of Jordan Brand and Nike, this is one week of sneakers that you don’t want to miss out on. Fortunately enough for you, we’re helping you out by showing you just what is dropping and when.

Air Jordan 4 “Metallic Red” – Saturday 20th June

Air Jordan 4 Metallic Pack Red

This is undoubtedly the drop of the week. First debuted by DJ Khaled back in March, the Air Jordan 4 “Metallic Pack” has been one sneaker everyone has been craving. The subtle white tumbled leather makes the perfect base for the “Metallic Red” accents to work against. Referencing the OG Air Jordan 1 “Metallic Pack”, these are going to be a tough cop. Launching on Saturday, 20th June for €190, you won’t want to miss these.

Air Jordan 13 “Flint” – Thursday 18th June

Air Jordan 13 Flint

Since the announcement of the Air Jordan 13 “Flint” returning, sneakerheads have been impatiently waiting. The sneaker has been delayed several times due to the COVID-19 situation, as well as other factors. Now, the wait is over. Coming back in true OG form, the sneaker features simple colour blocking and premium materials. Launching on Thursday 18th for €190, the “Flint” Air Jordan 13 is one drop you don’t want to miss this month.

Air Jordan 1 High Zoom “Rage Green” – Saturday 20th June

Continuing the successful Air Jordan 1 Zoom line is this “Rage Green” iteration. Featuring the same comfortable Zoom Cushioning technology, the sneaker boasts a black and green leather and suede upper perfect for any occasion. The gradient outsole is also a nice touch, making way for a perfect crisp white midsole. Releasing on Saturday, June 20th for €190, this shouldn’t be too tough to cop but you may want to play it safe with this Jordan 1.

Nike Air Max 90 “Orange Duck Camo” – Tuesday 16th/Friday 19th June

Nike Air Max 90 Orange Duck Camo 1-min

After the success of the previous “Duck Camo” Air Max 90s, it looks like Nike isn’t done with the colourway just yet. These “Orange Duck Camo” Nike Air Max 90s feature the same distinct pattern in an autumn-ready colourway. Luckily, you’ll have two chances to cop these. Launching on SNEAKRS Tuesday 16th and at select retailers on Friday 19th, these are one pair of Air Max 90s you won’t want to miss. Retailing at €150, you can cop some new Air Max for a low price.

Air Jordan 11 Low W “Concord” – Saturday 20th June

Air Jordan 11 Low Concord

For the ladies out there, Jordan Brand is releasing a women’s version of the Air Jordan 11 Low “Concord.” Taking the same classic detailing as the OG, the sneaker replaces the traditional black patent leather for an eye-catching blue. White leather at the base, as well as black detailing on the sock liner, means that these colours can pop. Retailing at €190 and dropping on Saturday 20th June, these Jordan 11s will be an easy cop.

Final Thoughts

So there we go guys, that finishes off this week’s top sneaker drops. If you’re looking to cop any of this week’s releases then good luck. Of course, if you miss out, then head over to KLEKT!
