Jordan Brand has had a stellar start to 2020. After a number of successful sneaker releases, as well as some big collaborations, it’s safe to say that Jordan is winning this year. Team Jumpman has also been cooking up some slick colourways of classic silhouettes throughout the year, with the Fall lineup showcasing what’s to come. As expected, the sneaker community is thrilled with the results. One upcoming Air Jordan 3 is almost here, bringing the 1988 classic into the 21st-century.
Named the Air Jordan 3 SE Denim “Fire Red,” this clever colourway is a perfect blend of old meets new. A white tumbled leather base makes way for denim laden elephant panels on the mudguard, heel and eyelets. Splashes of red adorn the collar and eyestays. whilst a crisp white midsole and outsole bring this Jordan 3 together. However, it is the combination of the Jumpman and Nike logo on the heel that has got the sneaker community excited.
The transparent heel tab is arguably these sneakers defining feature. A red “Nike Air” is set underneath a Jumpman, merging the two iconic logos together. This is the first time that Jordan Brand has used this detail and the results are already looking great.
If you’re looking to get your hands on this Air Jordan 3, you don’t have much longer to wait. The Air Jordan 3 SE Denim “Fire Red” will drop on August 27th for €200. Take a closer look at the images of the silhouette below and let us know if you’ll cop these Jordans.
