Since 2014, Pharrell Williams and adidas have been cooking up a number of highly popular sneakers. From 50 colourways of the adidas Superstar to friends and family exclusive’s of the Hu NMD, the two have one of the most well-documented partnerships in footwear. In recent years, the collaborations have gotten a little crazier. However, sometimes, it’s best to just take things back to basics. Now, Pharrell and adidas are teaming up to launched sliders filled with BOOST technology.
Taking the classic Adieltte 2.0, Pharrell and adidas are updating the slider with BOOST material in the sole. The update will see the usual foam replaced with BOOST, offering arguably the most comfortable slider on the planet. As well as the inclusion of BOOST, Pharrell has also included a dual-layered strap that combines perforated mesh with his Hu logo on top. Dropping in a bright orange and a more subtle black version, this is going to be the slider of the summer.
