Naomi Osaka is without a doubt one of the most exciting players in tennis right now. The 22-year-old professional tennis player has been making headlines for the last six years, gaining fans such as Serena Williams in the process. After signing a deal with Nike last year, Osaka is already receiving her fair share of exclusive gear and sneakers. Now, it looks as though Osaka is teaming up with Nike and COMME des GARÇONS on a collaborative Blazer.
Revealed via a sneaker source earlier this week, the upcoming sneaker is certainly bold. A white canvas base is adorned with silver reflective text that reads “COMME DES GARÇONS” and “NAOMI OSAKA.” Reflective detailing can be seen throughout this shoe, from the Swoosh to the tongue. Other notable additions include Osaka’s autograph and the words “Home is where the heart is.” No news on whether this will be included on the final Blazer release, but its a nice touch.
