New York skate brand Supreme and iconic French tennis brand Lacoste are teaming up for the third successive year. Since the collaboration started, rather by surprise, in 2017 the relationship between the two has only continued to grow since. Now the two are working together across a wide variety of products, with each given a unique Supreme twist.
The latest Supreme drop, which will release this Thursday, will see a number of classic Lacoste items remixed by the box logo brand. A heavy focus has been placed on adult sportswear, with each piece having a more mature look and feel compared to previous drops. Let’s take a look at some of the best pieces from this week’s Supreme drop.
One of the most eye-catching pieces from the Supreme x Lacoste collaboration is the wool bomber jacket. Coming in four separate colourways, black, red, mustard yellow and tweed. Each jacket has a faux fur collar with golden lining, making for the perfect addition to your winter wardrobe. On the back, the Green Crocodile emblem of Lacoste can be found, with Supreme branding slightly above. This is definitely going to be one of the most popular items on drop day so be quick.
By far one of the biggest winners of the Lacoste x Supreme collaboration is the logo hoodie. Five bold colours and large branding from both parties featured on the chest make this one of the strongest items in the drop this week. It comes with a set of matching shorts, making this the perfect cosy piece as winter approaches.
Supreme have turned their hand to one of the more signature pieces; the Lacoste pique polo shirt. The long sleeve Lacoste polo is one of the more understated pieces in the drop, with only a small Supreme logo on the box plate of the shirt. Dropping in four colours, pink, green, navy and pink, all with contrasting stripes, this is one that will be a wardrobe staple for years to come.
A half-zip Lacoste track jacket, which comes with matching track pants, features large Supreme branding across the chest, as well as the iconic Lacoste crocodile logo. Featured in four colourways, each with contrasting panels, this is one Lacoste tracksuit that we can definitely get behind.
Not one to leave out more of the mature items in the Lacoste arsenal, Supreme has turned its hand the cardigan. Featuring bold contrasting stripes, as well as a large Supreme logo down the left arm, its certainly one of the more out-there pieces from the drop this week.
