One of the most popular silhouettes of 2019 was without a doubt the adidas Yeezy Boost 350 V2. Last year saw more Yeezy Boost 350 V2s release than any other, a testament to the success of the sneaker. It seems as though both Kanye West and adidas have no signs of retiring the shoe just yet, however. So far eight Yeezy 350 V2s have been planned by the two, meaning its a busy year for sneakerheads. We now have a closer look at one of those upcoming colourways in more detail: Cinder.
Now, whilst it might look strikingly similar to the “Triple Black” 350 V2s that released last year, there are a few differences. For starters, this sneaker is not actually black at all but more of a charcoal colour; hence the Cinder title. The same familiar Primeknit upper has been included, with a well-balanced earthy palette helping to create a perfect sneaker for the everyday. Charcoal rope laces have been included, adding to the natural look of this shoe.
Early Yeezy fans can rejoice as the heel tab is making a return too. As we get towards the midsole, the traditional ribbed unit has been used, with Boost technology making up the base of the sneaker. As with all Yeezy 350s, you can expect superior comfort on these. Underneath we can see a gum sole, helping to set this sneaker apart from the “Pirate Black” Yeezy altogether. An additional yellow Boost badge can be seen on the heel, the same used on the “Marsh” 350 V2.
With the “Cinder” adidas Yeezy Boost 350 V2 scheduled to release later this month. Head back to the KLEKT Blog where we’ll update you on this story as we find out more.
