We’re all crazy about sneakers, let’s face it. Whether it’s waking up in the middle of the night to cop a pair or entering dozens of raffles, the desire to have that latest sneaker is something we all know too well. It’s something that we’re all guilty of and there’s simply one reason that drives it all: we love sneakers.
Today, we’re launching our competition, one that will reward you for your love of shoes. Take part in our ‘For the Love of Sneakers’ TikTok competition and you could win the Nike Dunk Low “University Blue,” Nike Dunk Low WMNS “Easter,” and Nike Dunk High “Black/White”.
We know how inventive you can be, so show us what sneakers mean to you and be imaginative! Whether it’s taking them out on a date, cradling them like they’re your baby or taking them off to avoid a puddle, we want to see just how much you really love your sneakers. So, be original, think outside the box and make sure you really show us how much you love sneakers. What are you waiting for? Get creative, show us just how much your kicks mean to you and start filming!
Entry details
- When filming or uploading any content onto TikTok, make sure you adhere to their Terms of Service and Community Guidelines before you post anything
- Upload a video showing how much you love sneakers
- Use our original sound “original sound – Klekt”
- The competition will run from 12:00pm June 16th – 12:00pm July 16th 2021
- There’s no limit to how many videos you can make but be creative each time!

Thank you for your interest in taking part in our competition. Before you submit your entry, there are a few important things we need to let you know.
If you are under the age of 18, please read these entry terms with your parent or guardian as your parent or guardian must provide his or her consent to your entry into this competition. We may ask the winner to provide proof of age.
Once you’ve read these terms, you may submit your application provided that you meet the eligibility criteria and agree to these entry terms. These terms are legally binding on both you and us, so please read them carefully and let us know if you have any questions.
Applicability
These terms apply in addition to our [privacy notice] when you enter our competition. You must not enter the competition unless you are eligible and you (and, if you are under the age of 18, your parent or guardian) agree to these terms.
You confirm that each individual whose image is featured in the competition entry (if any) has given consent for the use of his/her image in connection with this competition and in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. Where an individual whose image is featured in a competition entry is aged less than 18 years you confirm that the parent or guardian of that individual has given the relevant consent.

Duration
The entry period runs from [11/06/2021] until 12 midnight GMT on [25/06/2021] inclusive. We cannot accept entries made outside this time period.
Eligibility
To be eligible to enter this competition you must be a permanent resident of Europe
Unfortunately, you cannot enter the competition if you work with KLEKT or have a family member who is employed by KLEKT or who is otherwise connected with the running of this competition.
How to enter
There is no charge or purchase necessary to enter this competition.
To enter we are asking you to put together a creative piece of content showing us your ‘love of sneakers’ and to post it on TikTok with the hashtag #fortheloveofsneakers and tagging us [@klektofficial].

When filming or uploading any content onto TikTok, make sure you adhere to their Terms of Service and Community Guidelines before you post anything. In particular, you shouldn’t be posting anything which:
- is defamatory, obscene, offensive, pornographic, hateful or inflammatory;
- would constitute, encourage or provide instructions for dangerous activities or self-harm;
- any material that is deliberately designed to provoke or antagonise people or is intended to harass, harm, hurt, scare, distress, embarrass or upset people;
- contains a threat of any kind, including threats of physical violence;
- is racist or discriminatory, and/or
- which we consider to be objectionable or which may otherwise expose us or others to any harm or liability of any type.
All content must be the exclusive work of the contestant and may not include any element that is the copyright of another.
We reserve the right to disqualify you from the competition if we have reasonable grounds to believe you have breached any of these rules and any such action may result in criminal and/or civil consequences.
Judging and winners
The odds of winning this competition will depend on the assessment of the entry videos by our judging panel (consisting of sneaker experts from K’lekt). Our panel of judges will pick the winner on [27/06/2021]. The judges will be looking for fun, safe, creativity that demonstrates your love of sneakers. Prizes
There will be a Nike Dunk pack consisting of the Low “University Blue,” Low WMNS “Easter,” and High “Black/White.”
There is no alternative to the prize offered and the prize is non-refundable and non-transferable. We reserve the right to substitute the prize of equal or greater value at our sole discretion.
Winner selection and claiming your prize
We will contact the winner via DM from the @klektofficial TikTok page and you must provide an email address to claim your prize. If we do not receive a response from the winner confirming their email address within [7] days of our first contact, we will regard the prize as being forfeited and another winner will be selected in accordance with the process described above.
The prize will then be emailed to the winner within [14] days of the prize claim.
We must either publish or make available information that indicates that a valid prize draw took place. Therefore, we may need to send certain details of the prize winner and, if applicable copies of their winning entries, to anyone who contacts us using our contact details. If you object to any or all of your personal information being made available, please contact us using the details below. We may still provide the information and winning entry to the Advertising Standards Authority on request.
Publicity
By entering the competition and submitting your content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, irrevocable licence, for the full period of any intellectual property rights in the competition entry to use, display, publish, transmit, copy, edit, alter, store, re-format and sub-licence your content for any purpose connected with the competition, including (but not limited to), promoting the competition on our website and social media channels, use in press, promotional and marketing materials and for the promotion of any future competition.
Release and indemnity
By entering this competition you agree to release us from any liability to you to the maximum extent permitted by law and to reimburse us on demand for any loss, damage, cost or expense we incur as a result of your failure to comply with these entry terms.
We are not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any computer equipment or software, failure of any entry to be received on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet.
Modification, suspension of termination of competition
Whilst we intend to run the competition as described in these entry terms, we reserve the right to modify, suspend or terminate the competition at any time without liability to you where its operation is affected by events outside our reasonable control, for example technical failure, malicious activity, fraudulent entries or security concerns, or if we have reason to believe that any part of the competition (or of these entry terms) may be unlawful or otherwise void, restricted or prohibited in any part of the United Kingdom from which we are accepting entries. We will notify you promptly if we need to do this.
Governing law and jurisdiction
These entry terms and the competition are governed by English law, and by agreeing to these entry terms you accept the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts in relation to any dispute arising under these entry terms or in connection with your participation in the competition.
