How can I still use KLEKT?
KLEKT is now an app-only platform. If you don’t have the app you can download it from the App Store or Google Play. If you already have the app, make sure you’ve updated it to the latest version.
What’s new on the KLEKT app?
The KLEKT app now includes a bidding system, as well as community-focused features like our video feed. We’ve also added some convenient quality-of-life improvements, like being able to add multiple items to your basket and pay for them all at once.
You will still be charged shipping for each item as the items will be provided by different sellers from different locations. This also means your orders may not be delivered together but we will try to consolidate them if possible.
What currencies can I pay in?
You can now pay for your purchases in GBP, EUR or USD. Your KLEKT account must be set to the currency you wish to pay in.
How do I bid on an item?
When you go to purchase an item you will also have the option to make a bid for the item, the offer will then be sent to the seller(s) for review.
If the bid is declined by the first seller (within their allocated acceptance time) it will then go to all other sellers that fit the criteria.
If the bid is not accepted by any seller then it will remain as an active bid for new sellers to accept during the listing creation flow.
If the bid is accepted by any seller then you will be required to make payment. If you fail to do so within 24 hours then your bid will be unsuccessful and you may be penalised for this action.
If the bid is for a USED or New With Defects listing then the bid is no longer active for other sellers if declined/not accepted by the first seller.
If no seller accepts the offer within the specified time frame the offer will expire and the bid will no longer be valid. You are also able to cancel or withdraw the offer if done within the specified time frame.
Will my account be affected in any other way by the change of the new app?
We may need to re-authenticate your payment method. For security reasons, we do not store this information. If you have any issues or questions don’t hesitate to contact support@klekt.com.

How can I still use KLEKT?

Will my seller account be affected in any way by the change to the new app?
You may be asked for additional information for compliance.
Some listings may need to be relisted but this should not affect the majority of your listings.
The new app will also feature a points system where sellers gain points and levels with successful sales. Once the app is launched we will go through your sales history and add any points you would have received to your account.
Can I update multiple listings in one go?
You are only able to update one listing at a time unless you have a listing with multiple quantities of the same SKU and size.
How does the process of a buyer bidding on my listings work?
You will be notified that a buyer has made a bid for your listing and you will be asked to accept or decline the offer within a time frame.
If you do not accept the offer within the specified time frame the offer will expire and the bid will no longer be valid. The buyer is also able to cancel or withdraw the offer if you have not yet accepted and confirmed the bid.
If a bid is unsuccessful then your listing will be made available again on the platform for other buyers to purchase.
Any successful bid accepted will follow the same process as a normal sale.
From launch, listings will have an acceptable bidding range of 10%. However, you can edit each listing if you wish to change this.
Can I negotiate when a bid is made on my listing?
Currently, you can only accept or decline the bid but you will be able to negotiate in a future version of the app.
Can I choose what currency to receive my payout in?
You are now able to receive your payout in EUR, GBP or USD. Please ensure that you specify your preferred currency in your account settings.

Can customer emails be changed/updated on the new app?
Great news, with the new app you will now be able to update or change the email address associated with your KLEKT account.
What is this New With Defects section?
We at KLEKT understand that sometimes we have a deadstock item which may have a slight defect, like a missing accessory or a damaged box. This new section allows you to now buy or sell these items on our platform.
