After recently teasing a collaboration with Japanese denim giant EVISU, Palace has officially unveiled the collaboration. Describe by Palace as “an affectionate homage”, the brand recognises EVISU’s meteoric rise during London’s club scene in the late 90s and early 2000s.
Digging back into the EVISU archive, Palace has reimagined a large number of classic denim pieces. Classic items such as the denim jacket and 13.5oz selvedge denim feature heavy cobranded graphics throughout. The denim two-piece is a hark back to the garage and jungle ravers in the aforementioned era. Palace has even recruited MC Skibadee to model the campaign.
Furthermore, more subtle pieces are also on offer in this collection, with a jumper featuring EVISU’s instantly recognisable painted seagull graphic. Bucket hats, tote bags and a number of hoodies, sweatshirts and T-shirts are all dropping too. Even Palace’s Triferg logo features the EVISU branding, making for one of this season’s most hyped drops from Palace.
