Travis Scott is without a doubt one of the most influential people in sneakers. Since his collaborations with Nike began back in 2017, the Houston rapper has created a whole new level of hype surrounding his work. After collaborating with Jordan Brand for the first time back on the Air Jordan 4, La Flame kickstarted his sneaker designing career in style. Now, five models later, it looks like another Travis Scott Jordan collab could be in the works.
Posted on his Instagram story during isolation, Scott posted a previously unseen colourway of the Air Jordan 6. Boasting a sandy suede upper, the shoe features a translucent tongue and “Infrared” AJ6 accents on the heel and laces. A small Jumpman logo can be spotted on the tongue and it looks like a traditional black midsole unit has been used.
Given the fact that Travis Scott recently shared an image of his Nike SB Dunk sample, this may not be an official drop. However, let’s just hope that these do drop.
