What is Crep 360?

Crep 360 is the new revolutionary service available exclusively at KLEKT. Offering an invisible protective layer effectively repelling liquids, stains, and UV light. Please note – Crep 360 is not compatible with patent leather and rubber materials.

Crep 360 is meticulously applied to your sneakers using state of the art cutting edge technology providing unrivalled even coverage after authentication, ensuring your sneakers are protected before they even reach your door. Meaning you are good to go right away!

How do I add Crep 360 to my order?

Crep 360 is currently available at checkout. It is an automatic opt-in, manual opt-out service. If you do not want this treatment, simply uncheck the checkbox. This service will be automatically removed for all patent leather sneakers. Please note, if you come to find a patent leather or rubberised product that has not been removed from this service, please let us know support@klekt.com and we can remove this service right away.

Do I need Crep 360?

Crep 360 offers effective long-lasting protection for your sneakers. Keep your sneakers looking fresher for longer.

Why doesnt Crep 360 work for all sneakers?

Crep 360 is a protective spray that coats fabrics such as suede and untreated leather, these materials have tiny pores within their surfaces. Patent leather is treated with a high gloss coating, whilst. Crep 360 will still coat the shoe due to the gloss finish, it will not offer the same long-lasting durability. It is for this reason we do not recommend this service.

The soles of my sneaker are rubberised, will this impact Crep 360’s effectiveness?

Almost every sneaker has a rubber sole. Crep 360 is focused on protecting the upper of your sneakers. Rubber soles have been manufactured to be durable and wipeable. However, the treatment will not impact the lifespan of your rubber soles, just ensure that your sneakers last longer.

Is Crep 360 offered to USED sneakers too?

No. Crep 360 is currently only available for Deadstock sneakers. Our USED sneakers are offered a slightly different service with Crep Clean (please see product FAQ’s for more detail)

How long with the 360 protection last?

Crep 360 offers up to 6-weeks of unrivalled protection against liquids, UV rays and stains.

I have bought some shoes recently can this be added to previous purchases?

No. Unfortunately, as Crep 360 is a new service we are offering, it will only be applicable to new purchases made on KLEKT

I am unhappy with the protection this offers, can I have a refund?

No. Our team have already worked hard to ensure your shoe has the very best protection. Unfortunately, the product has already been applied to your sneakers. We are unable to remove it, and therefore all sales are final with this addition.

I did not select Crep 360, why have I been charged for this?

This service has been automatically applied to shoes we feel deserve the very best protection. As the customer it is your responsibility to opt-out of this service prior to checking out.
